Due to the requirements of our clients we are now seeking private investors in order to assist in the funding of projects.  Projects range from a requirment of 200,000 GBP to those needing in excess of 20M GBP.   We fully explore each project before initiation and the majority of them have the comfort of a valuation/appraisal from a suitably qualified surveying partner, control over the LTD company holding the asset, Directors Personal Guarantees (Insurance available), and in most cases a suitable exit route to a purchaser or long term funding option.
